Make sure your face is well-lit, centered and looking straight at the camera. Retry the scan from Home → Analyze My Origins if it fails.
Unlock & subscriptions
Manage your subscription in Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy.
Family tree
Add father, mother, partner, siblings and children directly on the tree canvas. Run a scan on any relative from their profile.
Deep research
Search any ethnicity, surname, region or migration story in Discover, then tap Run Deep Research below the search input.
Delete photos & data
Settings → Manage uploaded photos to remove selfies and relative photos. Delete your account and all data from Settings → Delete account.
Family member permission
Only upload photos of relatives you have permission to use. Remove any family member and their photos from Settings at any time.
